Abstract

Heated discussions have been held for more than 40 years about the «thermal» and «no thermal» effects of EMF RF on the body, which leads to large differences in the assessment of health hazards for population in the permissible levels of this type of radiation. The differences reach several orders of magnitude, for example from 0.0006 μW/cm2 to 1000 μW/cm2. There have been continued denials of the possible development of long-term consequences, in particular brain tumors in mobile phone users (MT). The decision of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) indicating that the EMF of a mobile phone can be a promoter of brain tumors is not taken into account. WHO’s decision on a particular sensitivity of children to physical factors of the environment is not taken into account. There is a situation when population makes extensive use of cellular communication (CC) in the presence of different points of view on the radiation hazard of EMF RF for health. In fact, population is surrounded by the environment of electromagnetic chaos, but it is no longer possible to refuse from cellular communication.
